Shipping Costs
We are shipping worldwide by DHL or Deutsche Post as registered sending.
For EU destinations delivery costs are including VAT.
Shipping within Germany:
Free shipping from an order value of 50,00 €.
For orders less than 50,00 €: Shipping flat rate for postage and packaging: 4,90 €.
Shipping to all countries except Germany:
Worldwide shipping fee: 12,90 €.
Free worldwide shipping for orders hgher than 200,00 €.
Delivery Time
If not stated otherwise, the usual delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days.
Worldwide Delivery Times:
Europe: 2-9 Business Days
North America: 5-15 Business Days
South America: 5-20 Business Days
Africa & Asia: 9-30 Business Days
Australia & New Zealand: 9-20 Business Days
This information corresponds to the general empirical values or the transit time specifications of the shipping service providers. Please note that we have no influence on the transport and duration of the shipment once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company. Delays can occur, for example, due to strikes and in times of increased shipping volumes, such as before Christmas, etc. Especially with international shipments, delays in processing by the customs authorities of the destination country are possible. All shipments to non-EU countries include an international customs declaration with the actual value of the goods, in order to make possible customs clearance quick and smooth.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays, and these days are not to be counted when calculating the delivery time. If the order contains items with different delivery times, the delivery will be made in one shipment as soon as the last item is available, unless partial delivery has been expressly agreed upon.
Tracking
All stock orders with payment received by 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day. Otherwise you will receive an email if there are problems or delays in processing your order.
As soon as the order is prepared for shipment, the buyer will receive a shipment confirmation by email with a tracking number. If the delivery takes longer than expected, please check the tracking status of the shipment immediately. Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that the parcel carrier does not leave a notification card or the card is lost. You are already eagerly waiting for your parcel, but it is already at the nearest post office around the corner, waiting for you. It is always annoying for both sides and causes high costs if parcels are not picked up on time and therefore returned. Please help to avoid such situations. Thanks a lot.
